I'm taking the glucosamine chrondrotin with msm,I've only had 2 doses so far. I am supposed to take 2 after breakfast and 2 after supper,I'm just wondering if 1each time would be ok,it's killing my appetite. 😊
What's the difference between Cortisone shot vs Glucose shot? Does glucose shot mask the pain? Or does it help the body to heal the pain without masking it? And does it help with inflammation lower back? I have it and it's bad. Will it help? And do u recommend it?
I tried it and no real effect. I lost weight - roughly 20 kilograms and that worked. Mind you my left meniscus was removed which hasn't helped...
That's the key there too, exercise and losing weight is super important than just purely relying on supplements!

I am 34 yrs. Old now, I suffered locked trigger thumb or club thumb of my right thumb almost 3 decades now. I don't know if this is inborn naturally. I was born this way naturally. Sometimes it's look annoying though.😄😄 If there was a time, I tried to bend my lock thumb to straight away by doing slowly a exercise or massage. Omg it's hurts of my tendons and repeatedly clicking and pop. Sometimes I do massage exercise weekly or monthly not everyday because it's very painful and always pop it. If I did not bend inward/upward my right thumb, I don't feel any pain of right thumb anyway. but right after not bend it's back to normal lock and thumb again without doing stretching.😢 I'm tired of it. 😢
